Liverpool Update

Today (25/05/2013) I went over to Liverpool to see if I can get some pictures of the buses that where around at the time, these being a number of the new Hybrid Buses and the odd Impera Bus working there new service's.

Today I managed to get to pictures of Impera Bus and Coach Dennis Dart SLF's both are 10.7M and both have Plaxton Pointer 2 bodywork, KP51 UFK was seen working a 98 service to Moreton (Town Medow Lane and also seen today was KU02 YUH working the 1A service to New Brighton via Seacombe and Birkenhead.

Also seen today were a number of new Wright Pulsar 2 with VDL SB200 chassis, these were seen working on service's 26 and 27

The Hybrid Buses have been in operation now since the end of March 2013, they have been doing very well so far how ever two have already received slight damage and I believe one was slightly bumped into an ADL Enviro 300 operating with Stagecoach.

Seen today out in Liverpool was this Volvo B5LH Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 on service 407

Also seen today is there rear Dennis Dart MPD 8.8M Plaxton Pointer 2 operating with Peoples Bus and its seen in the stunning new peoples bus livery which is slowly being added to the whole of there current fleet. Its seen here working a 52a service to Netherton

Short visit to New Brighton Promanard

Today I took a short trip down to New Brighton which is my home town, I've lived here now for over a decade its change loads since i first moved here from it just being a place for buses to rest its now a place for people to actually walk around go the shops or even have a nice Ice Cream.

Today my aim was to see if any different buses were around but not really much apart from on my way back home I saw this VDL SB200 Wright Pulsar in Arriva Interurban body work I believe this is a transfer from another depot in Liverpool to Birkenhead's Laird Street depot for use on a number of service's but mainly the 410 New Brighton - Claterbridge/Woodside its registered CX58 EZW and has a fleet number of 2909

Also seen today in New Brighton were these two Dennis Dart SLF's they are operated by Impera Bus and Coach and were both seen on service's 1A Liverpool - New Brighton and 39 Wes Kirby -New Brighton they are both 10.1M Plaxton Pointer 2's and are branded for service's 1A and 39 seen  here is KU52 YLE and Y671 NLO fleet numbered 2521 2671.

 Also seen in New Brighton today was this Dennis Dart SLF 10.7M with ELC Spryte bodywork which is operated by Avon Buses and is seen here departing New Brighton to start service 10 - Arrowe Park Hospital its registered T840 CCK with the fleet number of 840

Also seen in New Brighton operating a Crossriver service to Liverpool is this Volvo B5LH Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 with Lowheight bodywork in the new Arriva Green livery is this MX13 AEA 4520 on service 432 to Liverpool
